Programs

We offer programs for children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. If you have any questions about these programs, please feel free to contact us.

Infants

Our infant area provides the highest quality care in an environment that is designed with the parent and child in mind. While in our care, the children are stimulated through music, exercise, outdoor, facial and verbal mimicking, and lots of hugs and tickles. We utilize the Frog Street curriculum to ensure our infants are on track developmentally. In addition, we use simple signs in our infant room to help foster communication.

Toddlers

At this age, children are meeting new challenges as fast as they come. Crawling, walking and eventually running are levels they accomplish in what seems like a blink of an eye. The Learning Ladder understands that children learn best if they are in a stimulating environment. Music, stories, outdoor play, circle time, sign language, and art envelop much of the day. We use Frog Street and ABC Jesus Loves Me curriculum in this classroom. Our caregivers are dedicated to helping each child develop skills through a trusting and loving relationship. A parental daily report is given to update each family on meal times, nap times, toilet training and all activities accomplished each day through our Bright Wheel app.

Preschoolers 

A good preschool can impact a child's future school years. We offer programs for children to help them learn in a stress-free and fun environment. Some learning centers our children explore are music, home, reading, science and math, and manipulative play. We use Frog Street, and ABC Jesus Loves Me curriculum in this classroom. Our children work on language skills, sight words, sign language, and some Spanish in this classroom. Our teachers work to ensure your children are ready for the Pre-kindergarten curriculum.

Prekindergarten (PreK)

Our Pre-kindergarten class has been designed to prepare the children for the school system. Our teachers work on the skills your child will need when entering the public school system. This classroom uses Frog Street and the ABC Jesus Loves Me curriculum to teach writing and reading development. Our children learn bible stories, science, math, and Spanish to ensure our children are ready for learning in the district. Our Pre-Kindergarten program prepares your child for the ISD. 

School-Age

As children get older and more independent, they need new challenges. That’s why we offer a school-age program for before and after-school care that addresses the changing and more varied needs of growing school-age children- and after-school care that addresses growing school-age children's changing and more varied needs. Our school-age children go on field trips to exciting locations in the summer. During the school year, our school-age teachers spend 30 minutes after school with children to help complete homework assignments. This allows parents more time to spend with their little ones before bedtime. Reading, math, art, and science activities ensure your child's mind is engaged and help create a lifelong love of learning and exploration.
